β Why finding customers matters more than creating a beautiful logo
β How excellence, trust, and consistency create opportunities
β Four practical steps: DISCOVER IT. TEST IT. BUILD IT. GROW IT.
π― THIS WEEK'S BIG CHALLENGE
1. Write down five skills or abilities you possess.
2. Choose one that could solve someone's problem.
3. Identify three potential customers.
4. Speak to at least one of them.
5. Record what you learn. Remember, your first goal is not to build a huge business. It is to discover whether your idea creates genuine value.
π Our BIG Principle: You don't always need a new opportunity. Sometimes you need to recognise the value of what you already possess.
